Connecting Austrade … share, collaborate and connect! (Wed 26th Sept)

Updated details for this coming week’s meeting:


The Knowledge & Information Management team at Austrade has recently deployed Connect across the Austrade global network to improve the way people share, collaborate and connect with each other to deliver client outcomes.  Gail will provide insights into the Connect journey … its success and the challenges encountered on the way!


Gail McGuckin is the Business Engagement Manager for the Knowledge & Information Management team at Austrade.  Gail is responsible for partnering with the business to develop knowledge and information resources that build the capacity of groups within Austrade to deliver services to clients.  Gail’s focus is to drive the successful adoption of collaborative tools to support Austraders to share information and knowledge more effectively across the Austrade global network.

Prior to joining Austrade, Gail worked as a Knowledge Consultant with the client-focussed divisions of leading law firm Minter Ellison Lawyer to evolve new work practices that positively impacted productivity, quality, risk management and client intimacy.

Gail holds a Post Graduate Certificate in Organisational Communication and has recently completed the Graduate Diploma in Knowledge Management at University of Technology, Sydney.  The next step for Gail is the Masters!
