Topic: International Case Study: The Other Knowledge Management – Moving to a single collaboration platform

While the KM tools and practices continue to mature, the actual day-to-day experience of employees is that they still struggle to find the basic information they need to do their job. Estimates are still as high as 20%. In this talk, we will hear how a global investment bank’s employees use their enterprise social network to capture, find, and build on knowledge that people use every day, throughout the day.

Jacqui will also share with us lessons learned during their very interesting journey of moving from multiple collaboration tools throughout the organisation to a single collaboration platform.
