Topic:  ICT Skills Assessing: Identifying Your ICT Skillset and Competency Levels

Presented by Glenn Lee, Skills Framework for the Information Age (SFIA) accredited consultant.  MACS CP

Do you really know the level and breadth of skills held by your ICT team/s?  Are your people being under-utilised?  Do you have the appropriate skills to succeed in a continually disruptive, technology and data driven future?

During this session attendees will see the importance and value of applying an ICT Skills Framework by becoming involved in firsthand activities to self assess their own skill/s generic responsibility levels. Our core competencies will be explored by looking at generic level definitions of Autonomy, Influence, Complexity and Business Skills.

Glenn will introduce an ICT skills framework growing in popularity to address business and ICT workforce needs. He will share insights from his ICT skill certification experiences.
