“Improving Cognitive Diversity in Problem Solving”

Discussing creative problem solving – using crowd sourcing and human engagement principles to drive a positive change and unlock the people potential in organisations.

When: 5.30pm for a 6.00pm sharp start, Wednesday 18th March (finish by 7.30pm)

Where: Ikabo Office, Level 1 – 435a Kent Street, Sydney

Our speaker, Cindy Lenferna de la Motte is the Managing Director and Founder of Ikabo.  She has breadth of business, digital and innovation experience across industries such as FMCG, Government and Higher Education.  Cindy’s purpose is to humanise and innovate workplaces and enable people to engage and drive positive change – in order to compete and drive long term prosperity in Australia.

Ikabo (www.ikabo.com) is a technology company who’s purpose is to unlock the people potential in order to drive competitive advantage. Also, Ikabo is an online platform that has systemised creative problem solving.

Agenda:

5.30pm – Arrive and networking

6.00pm – Official welcome and introductions

6.10pm – Discussion and demonstration of creative problem solving led by Cindy

7.00pm – Q&A and Conversation

7.30pm – Finish (then to networking drinks to continue the conversation for those interested)
