We are going to explore the current trends in Modern Workplace technology in engaging and collaborating with people, getting to know how to become “Connected Manager” through KM, and reviewing some steps in how Knowledge Management leaders can drive an innovative organisation. In the end, we have 30 mins Q&A to answer your questions.

An overview of the 6 Key Trends in the Modern Workplace and a dive into the role of AI and Bots in engaging and collaborating with people trends the UNSW case study.

This presentation will outline practical tools and tips to become a successful ‘connected manager’

Topic C: A Golden Opportunity: How Knowledge Management Leaders Can Drive An Innovative Organisation – 15 mins

Within this session, Anthony will review some steps KM leaders have taken, or should take to play a more active leadership role going forward.
