You are invited to sit down at a table across from (potentially!) complete strangers, and are each handed a dinner menu. It lists courses from Entrees, Main Meals, to Desserts – but instead of culinary dishes the menu proposes topics of conversation related to the world of Knowledge Management.

The conversation menu presents an array of stimulating, thought-provoking topics covering a wide range of Knowledge Management topics.

You and your dinner partners, your ‘muses,’ are ready to discuss and explore each of these questions throughout the meal at your own pace – it depends on mutual open-mindedness and willingness to share. By the end of the meal, you may have gotten to know a stranger very well, and developed new ideas and perceptions around different elements of Knowledge Management. Perhaps even co-created something innovative!

Whether you believe you have something to share or something to learn – open conversations are always mutually beneficial where everyone walks away with some new knowledge.

This is the gist of a Conversation Dinner, a concept conceived by a man named Theodore Zeldin from The Oxford Muse Foundation.

Then you simply turn up and join us at our tables. You can buy whatever you’d like to eat or drink at the bistro bar and enjoy the stimulation of our first KM Conversation Dinner.
